This summer, get grilling with The Greenbrier during BBQ Mastery and learn the fine art of barbecue from one of the best, Ray Lampe, also known as Dr. BBQ. The combination hands-on and demonstration sessions will be offered June 20-23 and August 22-25.
Lampe, an award-winning legend on the professional barbecue circuit, is the author of five cookbooks, including The NFL Gameday Cookbook. He has also been featured on the Food Network shows “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” and “Tailgate Warriors with Guy Fieri.”

The BBQ Mastery session concludes with BBQ side dishes and a farewell feast.
