Garlic and Herb Lamb Chops
Simple and tasty grilled lamb chops with just three ingredients.

Ingredients
- 8 Thick-Cut Lamb chops I used loin chops from Costco but thick cut rib chops or even a rack would be fine
- Olive oil
- Dr. BBQ's Garlic & Herb Rub
Instructions
- Prepare your grill to cook direct over medium high heat
- Brush the chops lightly on all sides with olive oil
- Season the chops liberally on all sides with Dr. BBQ's Garlic & Herb Rub
- Place the chops on the grill and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 3 to 4 minutes
- Flip the chops and cook until the second side is golden brown, about another 3 to 4 minutes
- If the chops are thick enough flip to the side and cook for another couple of minutes until golden brown
- Move the chops to a cooler spot on the grill and cook, flipping often until they reach an internal temperature of 145°
- Remove to a platter and tent loosely with foilRest for 5 minutes and then serve two chops to each guest
